It's a touch control panel for Yealink room systems, and the box already has what you need to wire it: a 7-metre Cat5E cable for a clean run from the patch point, a 1.2-metre USB-C to USB-C/HDMI cable for your display or peripheral, and a wall-mount bracket so it sits flush and stays out of the way.
