The AC5030 is a converter that retrieves the audio stream from a HDMI signal, allowing it to be heard through a home theatre system, active speakers, or amplifier. It supports HDCP 2.2, HDCP 1.4, HDMI 2.0, and AV signals up to 4K @ 60Hz, HDR, Dolby, DTS, LPCM, and 3D video, as well as an ARC (Audio Return Channel). Output options include digital TOSLINK optical, digital coaxial, and analogue 3.5mm stereo audio. Additionally, the HDMI output is capable of transmitting EDID data while retaining video playback on a TV or other display. A two-year warranty is included.
