- This remake includes two campaigns covering the events of Advance Wars and Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising, now available on Nintendo Switch. As a tactical adviser for the Orange Star Army, command an army in strategic, turn-based combat. Utilize your expertise to maneuver land, air, and naval units across the battlefield, defeat enemy squads, and capture towns and bases to secure victory and maintain peace. Pay attention to terrain and weather conditions as you lead diverse units across multiple maps.
Collaborate with skilled Commanding Officers such as Andy, Max, and Sami, each possessing unique specialties and CO Powers. Andy can repair units, while Sami enhances troop abilities. Opponents also have access to CO abilities. Throughout both campaigns, Commanding Officers play a pivotal role on the battlefield and in the storyline.
Engage in Versus Mode to test your strategic skills against friends. Up to four players can compete on various maps, selecting a CO from either campaign and strategically deploying CO Powers to influence the battle's outcome. Customize gameplay with options like funds per allied base and fog of war.
