Gadget Repair Policy

  • The repair of your goods may result in the loss of any user-generated data, please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods prior to repair. 

 We will endeavour to retain all data, but cannot accept any responsibility or liability for lost data. We recommend you make and retain backups of your data at regular intervals. Mobile Plus is not liable for any software issues that result from the replacement of hardware 

  • Notifications will be made by phone or SMS to your mobile upon job completion. 
  • Any repairs voids waterproof capability of phones. 
  • All service work is payable on collection. EFTPOS facilities are available to assist with payment. 
  • All service work undertaken as part of this repair is covered for 15 days warranty from the date of the invoice. 
  • Any concerns or outstanding issues are to be reported to us within 15 days otherwise any additional service work required will be charged as per our standard service charges. 
  • No work, further to the above service required, will be performed without the Customers prior consent. If further work is required, a new quote will be provided to the Customer plus cost of parts required. 
  • We understand the urgency with which you require the service to be completed and we endeavour to assess all service work within 3 working days. We will also attempt to have all service work completed within 5 working days. If parts are required then there may be additional delays in completing the service.
