The LiFePO4 batteries in SB2216 are the next generation of power storage and weigh less than half of their lead acid counterparts. They have regular prismatic LiFePO4 cells and an internal battery management system that provides protection against short circuit, over current, and reverse polarity. This 120Ah model is perfect for portable power and has a life span of over 10 years with 1500+ cycles (>80% capacity). It has a cut-off voltage of 10V approx and can provide continuous current up to 50A with peaks of 100A.
