- Constructed from polycarbonate material and molded in light grey, the HB6248 series offers a range of durable enclosures. These enclosures operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C. The design features a tongue and groove sealing system with an EPDM gasket, ensuring high resistance to environmental factors. The lid fixing screws are M-4 stainless steel, non-metallic, and secured into threaded brass inserts. Wall mounting holes and lid fixing screws are positioned outside the sealing area to prevent moisture and dust ingress. The enclosures are designed to meet IP65 of IEC 529 and NEMA 4 standards, providing dust and hose-proof protection. An optional external hinge kit, consisting of two thermoplastic pieces, is available for enhanced functionality.
