Solder splice heatshrink tubes are an efficient way to join two cables. With a small section of solder in the middle of the tube, the process involves sliding the tube over the join of two cables and heating it as you would any other shrink tube. As the tube shrinks, the solder melts and electrically connects the wires, resulting in a reliable and well-insulated join.
