The QM1587 is a useful digital lightmeter suitable for various applications like photography, lab work, engineering, and construction. It has an integrated stand and can measure incident light in 3 different ranges: 0.01 to 200, 200 to 2,000, 2,000 to 20,000 and 20,000 to 50,000 lux. The device comes with a photo detector wired on a curly cord that extends to 1 meter, allowing the user to take light measurements at the optimum position. The QM1587 features a 1999 count LCD, 3.5 digit readout, auto-zeroing, data hold, 3 ranges, and a separate photo detector with a sensor cover included.
