The PP0637 involves stripping coax, folding the braid/foil over the outer sheath, trimming foam insulation from the center conductor, screwing on the knurled connector until enough conductor protrudes, trimming surplus braid/foil, and adding heatshrink for a neat job. Only a small amount of braid is needed for electrical connection.
