- These commercial-grade thermoplastic pellets, NP4260 Polymorph, are designed to revolutionize part manufacturing. They soften at approximately 62-65°C, allowing for easy molding into any shape, akin to sports mouthguards. Simply heat the pellets using hot water or a hair dryer. Once cooled to room temperature, they solidify into a durable plastic similar to Nylon, which can be drilled, sanded, ground, machined, or reheated and reshaped repeatedly. Ideal for model making, crafts, single-part manufacturing, prototyping, engineering, scientific, laboratory, and clinical applications. Available in a 100g package of 3mm pellets.
