The RP3618 is a potentiometer with imperial standard shaft and bushings made to rigid engineering specifications. It features full-size 24mm diameter types with a power rating of 0.5W max, genuine 6.35mm (1/4) shafts, and a flat machined 25% diameter for grubscrews or interference fit knob mounting. The potentiometers also have PCB mount capability and can be rigidly held in place with their offset centre pin. It is a double gang pot with a value of 100K.
