- The SF0920 float switch offers versatile mounting options, either vertically or horizontally, and can be configured as Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) based on float orientation. When mounted horizontally with the float descending, the switch activates (ON) as the fluid level rises to the maximum float height. Conversely, if mounted to allow the float to ascend, the switch deactivates (OFF) when the fluid level surpasses the switch height. In a vertical setup with the float positioned downward, the switch turns OFF at elevated fluid levels. This float switch is extensively utilized in marine, automotive, industrial, and agricultural fluid level sensing applications.
