- The QM7420 is designed for precise temperature measurement ranging from -40°C to 650°C, ideal for challenging and hazardous environments. Equipped with dual built-in lasers and a 16:1 distance-to-spot ratio, it ensures accurate and repeatable readings. The device features a robust IP54-rated design, offering protection against dust and water. Key functionalities include minimum, maximum, average, and differential temperature displays, automatic data hold, and high/low alarms with a red backlight. The large white backlit LCD provides rapid response times of less than 150ms, and the emissivity is digitally adjustable from 0.1 to 1.0 for enhanced accuracy based on material type. The unit is supplied with a carry case and includes batteries. Please note, this device measures surface temperatures only, not internal body temperatures.
